The starting point for all our programmes is a wholly experiential workshop. Our leaders form a high performing team out of your leaders; or out of you and your team, and get this “team” (which is new to the leader – and maybe each other) to perform a complex task in a short period of time.
At Better Performance we use “actual” performance as a tool to enable participants to experience being right inside a high performing team. Performance works because results can only be achieved by a team working together as a team. Performance works because it demands high levels of personal and team commitment.
After the workshop, with the team newly motivated and energised, we will work with your leaders. Together, in groups, in workshops, in plenary and in coaching sessions, we will identify the strategies, behaviours and skills that enabled our leaders to get the team to perform to an incredible standard, despite the perceived lack of skill and/or confidence at the start.
